Return Policy

BoxAndBuy.com Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at BoxAndBuy.ca! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, our return policy allows you to return most items within 30 days of delivery.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
  • Exclusions: We do not accept returns on:
    • Personalized or custom-made items
    • Perishable goods
    • Health & personal care products (e.g., face masks, opened skincare items)

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and write the RMA number clearly on the package.
  4. Ship the package using your preferred carrier.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by us.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, email us at [email protected] with photos or a brief description. We'll guide you through the free exchange process.


5. Gift Returns

  • If you received a gift marked as such at the time of purchase, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Once the item is received, we’ll email you a gift certificate.
